This is for the students with barely enough money to scrap out on their own, but they would still rather do this than stay in a dorm. Your own place is your own place, right? Running water is a blessing, the neighborhood is questionable, no heating or electricity that works, and the interior has totally seen better days. No pre-equip. Good luck, poor child.
